Very pleased overall with the service we received. A toy was, in fact, lodged in the bottom of our old toilet as the professional predicted in his first visit, and the installation of the new toilet went smoothly and quickly. The professional who visited even moved our recycle bin back to our garage on his way out.
I have worked with the owner, Chris, at Service Plus on several occasions. He is committed to his customers and passionate about doing the job right EVERY TIME. I highly recommend Service Plus to all my friends for plumbing and HVAC needs.
I can HONESTLY say this was the best furnace company I have ever had in any of my homes. Very professional and knowledgeable. They recommended we get a new furnace, which we knew was coming, and the price for one was just unbelieveably low! They came on the day they said, the time they said, and the new furnace was in stalled in one day. They had to take our water heater out to fit the furnace in behind it, and now it doesn’t leak any more! Thank you, Thank you, thank you. They never walk with their shoes on your carpet either! Very courteous!!
Preformed a tune up on our 25 year old Furnace and installed a carbon monoxide detector. Easy to schedule service, tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing we had an older system I expected a “have you thought about upgrading” sales pitch but didn’t get one. Happy with the service, would use again.

One of the most thorough furnace inspections we have ever had in the 23 years we have lived here. Kurtis, the technician, seemed very knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering my questions; he explained things very well! Also loved the fact that he put down a mat to protect my wood floors from his work boots and put protective booties on before walking in the house. When he walked around the house to the garage, he even brought in the trash cans from the street. Now that’s what I call service!!! LOL!

“Our furnace problem surfaced in the midst of a cold snap and 6” snowfall. Despite the extremely busy time, the tech made it to our house within an hour of our call for service! When I explained the problem, he was able to diagnose the problem before even seeing the furnace. After confirming the problem, he carefully explained what caused the furnace to shut itself down, pointed out ways to avoid the problem in the future, and noted what we can do in terms of homeowner maintenance to keep the furnace running well. “I did a lot of calling around and other people were about the same if not higher. I’ve used them before and they are courteous and professional. Another company said that I needed a new blower. Service Plus came out and said that there was nothing wrong with our blower and it needed freon. Gave me four lbs. of freon for the price of three. I was very impressed with his honesty from the first time he came out.”
